Retail · Example pattern
Example pattern: one source of truth for catalog and stock across the website, shop counter, and WhatsApp orders in regional trade corridors.

Example pattern, not a client case study. Outcomes describe what a well-scoped engagement aims for.
Wholesale and retail businesses often sell through Instagram and WhatsApp, a basic website, and one or two physical shops. Stock counts disagree daily, oversells damage trust, and prices differ from one channel to the next.
Operations staff copy orders from chats into spreadsheets by hand, and there is rarely a single purchase history for repeat wholesale buyers.
The stack we would propose: an ASP.NET Core storefront and API, a Flutter companion app for shop staff, one inventory ledger on SQL Server, and an operations console that captures WhatsApp orders into the same order pipeline, all hosted on Azure.
Promotions and multi-currency price lists are managed centrally. Customers receive order status updates, the warehouse gets pick lists, and finance exports to the accounting system.
Inventory as the foundation layer
WhatsApp order intake into one order system
Shop tablet pilot in one store, then the next
Stock-accuracy tracking before heavy marketing
Fewer oversells thanks to shared stock
One stock number across every channel
Campaign prices updated centrally
WhatsApp orders tracked in the same pipeline
One order history per wholesale buyer
